Specialized manufacturing of high strength bolts, studs and nuts from high alloy steels is done under CSN, DIN, and ANSI standards. Cold rolled metric, Whithworth, UNC and UNF threads have increased strength above 900 Mpa.

Routine and general overhauls of steam turbines up to 25 MW capacities including re-blading, field engineering, adjustments and test production runs are offered to owners of these machines as standard services. We serve customers in heat and electricity generating plants and others such as sugar mills.

We provide repairs and renovation service for rotation parts of gas turbines including re-blading. Repairs of gas compressors and other machinery used at gas compressor stations of gas pipelines in Central Europe.

Manufacturing and renovation of Babbitt metal friction bearings. Static or centrifugal methods are used to create bearing up to 2000mm diameters. All units are ultrasound tested and are used in steel mills, cement works, mining and energy industries as well in heavy machinery and rolling stock.

Rotor and rotation component balancing using static or dynamic methods.

Manufacturing of Kaplan water turbines for small hydroelectric plants. Providing a complete turnkey installation of the machinery, assembly, testing and after sales.

Repairs and remanufacturing of older types of water turbines and pumps from other manufacturers including field service to disassemble it, manufacture of new parts, reinstall it and tested.

Production, sales and service of systems for liquidation and recycling of industrial oily waste water as well as metal cutting oils. We offer high speed centrifuges for coolant / oil recovery, ultra filtration systems and other machinery to assist our clients in chemical, food, glass, metalworking and other industries.

Repairs, overhauls, modernization and remanufacturing of old basket and high speed centrifuges, filters and other process equipment used in chemical, food processing and pharmaceutical fields.
