Bristol International Corp. designs and manufacturers a complete line of wastewater- disposal systems for virtually any waste volume. These systems allow for simple, continuous operation with a minimum of energy and operator involvement. Our systems employ half inch tubular ultra filtration membrane technology to separate water from suspended solids and emulsified oils, and reduce waste by as much as 98percent without the use of chemical additives. Bristol's service engineering department and technical facilities are available to solve specific fluid problems, assist in installation, train operators and provide maintenance recommendations.

POLLUTION PREVENTION FOR THE NEW MILLENNIUM
PROVIDING COST EFFECTIVE COMPLIANCE

Disposal of oily wastewater is an increasing problem in industry today. Tightening regulations, increased hauling costs, and environmental concerns make oily wastewater treatment a prominent issue for most companies. Common sources of oily wastewater are metal working coolants, parts washers, vibratory washers, mop water, compressor blow-down, vehicle wash effluents and rolling or drawing fluids.

Semi-permeable membranes are the key to UF technology. The membranes are driven by the relatively low pressure [less than 100psi.] developed by a circulation pump. The membranes' pores are typically less than .005 microns, and provide a barrier against larger molecular weight components in the stream, like oils and suspended solids, preventing them from passing through to be discharges.

These systems allow for simple, continuous operation with a minimum of energy and operator involvement. Our systems employ half-inch tubular ultra filtration membrane technology to separate water from suspended solids and emulsified oils, and reduce waste by as much as 98% without the use of chemical additives. Sanborn a.s. service engineering department and technical facilities are available to solve specific fluid problems, assist in installation, train operators and provide maintenance recommendation.

ULTRA FILTRATION SYSTEMS

Production and after sales service of UF systems for recycling and treatment or liquidation of oily waste industrial liquids and metal working coolants.

Features:

  • High-tech polymeric membrane is highly insensitive to chemical and concentration changes in the waste stream feed.
  • Half-inch tubular membrane allows processing of high-solids waste
  • System operates in a batch or continuous mode
  • Skid-mounted units installs easily in the plant

UF-300

The model UF-300 Ultra filtration System is Bristol's portable compact wastewater - disposal system designed for waste volumes of up to 300 gallons per day (GPD).

This economical system allows for simple, continuous operation with a minimum of energy and operator involvement.

The model UF-300 System employs half inch tubular ultra filtration membrane technology to separate water from suspended solids and emulsified oils, and reduce waste by as much as 98percent without the use of chemical additives.

Bristol's innovative design allows the use of the UF-300 for high-solids applications without messy and expensive pre-filtration producing, in most cases, a directly sewer able effluent and dramatically reduced waste-disposal costs.

The model UF-300 is shipped pre-piped and pre-wired for easy installation. Casters allow for complete mobility.

This technology is particularly effective on:

  • Aqueous Parts Washer Solutions
  • Metalworking Coolants
  • Vibratory, Burnishing and Deburring Waste
  • Mop Water
  • Food processing Wastes
  • Air Compressor Blow down
  • High COD and BOD Effluent Streams

Bristol's Ultra filtration Systems continue to demonstrate our commitment to innovative products of the highest quality at prices lower than of "older" technologies.
